📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

• UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

• Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🕵️♂️ Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

Nazmi Fitness is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
